Study on the Stress Performance of an Incompletely Prefabricated Profile Steel Reactive Powder Concrete Column in High-Rise Modular Buildings

In this study, 11 PSRPC column specimens were designed and fabricated in order to investigate the stressing performance of incompletely prefabricated steel reactive powder concrete (PSRPC) columns subjected static loading tests. The effects strength grade content (RPC) on axial compression eccentricity investigated. test results show that external RPC, internal section cast-in-place RPC work well together. damage morphology load–displacement strain relationships analysed, mechanism main factors influencing compressive load capacity are compared with calculation Chinese code (JGJ 138-2016) European American codes (AISC-LRFD), applicability existing is discussed. Based hoop restraint action limit state design method, formulae for calculating partial established. calculated values good agreement values, errors within 10%.
